You don’t seem to understand,the first three tracks of Thirteen Tales,they move me. They are sweat-soaked long afternoons,no air-conditioning,cracked earth taste in the air,the feel of wind past an open car window,driving–driving–driving forward. They ooze into each other,beautiful enough to focus on,high-cranked past blast,subdued enough to soundtrack almost anything. Listen to it with me:
